My family and I have spent the last 4 glorious and amazing months living and working in Brooklyn NY and our time here is coming to an end. Usually I sell my hand knitted baby designs in my Etsy store and I am sure I have let a few people down this season as I am taking a break while in NY. My Etsy store is closing tomorrow and will reopen in the new year filled with new knits, patterns and more kits.
'Tis the season for a little giveaway goodness! Just in time for dressing up for holiday parties I am giving away a little hand knit Angora Bolero from by book Vintage Knits for Modern Babies. This little girls bolero jacket is hand knit with super soft Sublime angora and merino wool in sky blue and will fit babies around 6-12 months. To be in to win simply leave a comment in today's post. I'll close comments and announce the winner by 12pm EST on Sunday December. Good Luck and Happy Holidays!

I just wanted to tell you I just got your book in the mail and it is beautiful. Can't wait to knit some beautiful things for my baby girl.
Thanks for sharing your talents!

Oh, that is so gorgeous! I love all the designs in your book, and am set to start work on a couple pairs of little knit pants for our new arrival in March.
I just started following your blog, your designs are so cute! I'm a novice knitter but trying to learn more =o)
what a sweet little girl (and a very nice bolero as well). I really enjoy your designs and knitting your patterns. The kiddie beret done in handspun was a big hit (and even matched her coat!)

Thank You for giveaway - bolero is just wonderful!
I just finished knitting one of Nana's Bunnies from you book and seamed up the Red Riding Hood Jacket. Now for pics to add to your flicker pool. Beautiful work Hadley!
Hadley, I love love love your new book. I just finished the pixie cap and mittens. With the leftover yarn I made a pair of the maryjane booties from a pattern I purchased from you a couple of years ago. Thanks for such great patterns!
i absolutely love your book and patterns! i'm having my second little girl any day now and have been ferociously knitting up a huge layette for her. thanks so much for your wonderful work!
I wish I had seen this giveaway earlier, since I missed out!!! Anyway, I am writing b/c I received your book as a Christmas gift...and I love LOVE the patterns in it. I'm in the middle of making the bunny mobile for my third baby (due in May) and have started the rickrack trim and it doesn't appear to be coming out right...I haven't seen any errata online and was wondering if you could help me out.
Thanks-
